In Short

• Part of the Brand & Design Team within Marketing, supporting the Event area.
• Work directly in the showroom/office in Hamburg, a key event space.
• Plan and organize internal and external events with the Head of Global Event Management.
• Coordinate service providers and partners.
• Create event concepts, schedules, factsheets, and assist with annual budget management.
• Provide event support at flagship showrooms in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, and Düsseldorf.
• Participate in various event formats and be an active part of the Event Support team.
• Support international locations regarding regional events.

Requirements

• Initial experience in the event sector and a passion for the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, open, friendly, and respectful.
• Structured organizational talent with good time management.
• Fluent in German (native) and English.
• Proactive with a hands-on mentality.
• Familiar with project management tools and digital organization.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends, to flagship showrooms.
• Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment.
