Event Marketing Manager - Remote

In Short

• Plan, create, and execute events and conferences to drive brand awareness and leads.
• Manage all aspects of conference execution including booth execution and sponsorships.
• Set goals and define metrics for each conference.
• Establish campaigns within Salesforce and Cvent.
• Work with various teams to set an annual conference strategy.
• Design event-specific plans for driving traffic to the booth.
• Build relationships with key national associations.
• Conduct pre-planning and training sessions with booth staff.
• Manage all printing and inventory management of conference materials.
• Monitor industry and competitor event marketing trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, with at least 2 years in EdTech.
• Experience with Google suite of tools; Salesforce and Cvent preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent financial acumen.
• Ability to meet significant travel requirements (up to 30%).
