Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event marketing.
• Master of the event lifecycle from planning to measurement.
• Strong project management, communication, and organization skills.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Creativity and passion for developing engaging experiences.
• Experience with event technology platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools for marketers.
• Ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact strategies.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
