In Short

• Plan, build, and execute event concepts and campaigns targeting prospects and customers through industry conferences and hosted events.
• Implement programs using creativity to develop outstanding scalable, in-person experiences to drive new business and upsells.
• Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of event/campaign demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion.
• Own pipeline targets, marketing lead funnel after events, and conversion metrics for go-to-market.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on program results and findings for campaigns and events.
• Work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs requiring strategic thinking and creativity.
• Develop templated scalable programs that will grow with the company.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of proven experience in a B2B event marketing role.
• Creative and innovative thinking with a willingness to take risks, iterate, and learn.
• Owns event execution and leads others to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional project and time management skills.
• Experience with planning and executing multiple sophisticated marketing programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with senior executives and team members.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and budgets.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Eventbrite, and other sales and marketing systems.
