Performance Monitoring Analyst - Remote

In this role, you’ll be responsible for tracking and analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and providing actionable insights to drive efficiency across the business. Your ability to spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions will be vital in optimizing performance and ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards. In Short

• Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, sign-ups, cards issued/activated).
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in sales performance.
• Collaborate with Group Agent Support Manager, Sales Managers and Jnr Agent Support Managers to provide actionable insights.
• Support forecasting and target-setting processes with historical data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting tools.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a performance analysis, sales operations, or business intelligence role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
