Overview

The Mobile Service Operations Specialist/Launch Trainer will improve dealership performance and drive sustained growth by delivering, installing, and sustaining the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program.

In Short

• Be the subject matter expert for Mobile Service for assigned dealers.
• Train technicians on Mobile Service vehicle features.
• Facilitate planning sessions to create business plans.
• Ensure timely launch of service vans.
• Conduct launch events and align on business goals.
• Plan onsite sustainment meetings focused on business development.
• Develop action plans to exceed program goals.
• Share best practices with dealers.
• Monitor dealership personnel for customer experience excellence.
• Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel daily for work.
• Ability to engage with various audiences.
• Proficiency in communication and relationship-building.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Experience managing assigned territories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
