The Training Operations Specialist at TNG is responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to clients registering for in-person or virtual training and events, supporting the Training Operations Team in daily communication and post-training operations.

In Short

Manage and execute private event operations.
Create and maintain event records in MemberSuite.
Oversee event registration in MemberSuite.
Manage the Outlook consulting calendar.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries.
Maintain event timelines and track deliverables.
Troubleshoot scheduling or registration issues.
Assist with post-event reporting and data analysis.
Coordinate event accessibility accommodations.
Schedule and moderate Zoom meetings for training courses.

Requirements

Confident user of MS Office Suite.
Intermediate user of Zoom.
Experience with MemberSuite, Monday.com, and Wordpress preferred.
Experience in an Association or Higher Education setting preferred.
Well-organized and adaptable.
Friendly and responsive with strong communication skills.
Detail oriented and takes initiative to problem solve.
Strong time management skills.
Customer service background.
Adept at learning new software systems quickly.
