Overview

As an Operations Training Specialist II, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our employees, fostering a creative and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in corporate training or instructional design.
• Proven track record in designing effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS.
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical mindset for training data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be onsite at least three business days each week.
