Customer Service Representative (German and Dutch) - Remote

Join MSX International Group as a Customer Service Representative, where you will enhance customer satisfaction in the automotive industry through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

• Answer calls and respond to emails from customers and dealers.
• Follow up with customers until their queries are resolved.
• Issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents.
• Carry out database updates and report writing.
• Work in a hybrid position after the training period.
• Fluency in German and Dutch required.
• Available for 30 or 40 hours per week.
• Permanent contract from day one.
• Salary of €24,000 gross per year.
• Part of a team in an internationally consolidated company.

Requirements

• C1 level of English and fluent in German and Dutch.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work on-site for the first 3 months.
• Ability to manage customer satisfaction effectively.
