Automotive Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Automotive Operations Specialist at MSX International is responsible for the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of prescribed solutions, acting as the lead liaison with the FCSD Zone Manager.

In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned dealers.
• Attend regional FCSD Organization meetings quarterly.
• Create and work Quick Lane Action Plans.
• Conduct Repair Order Analysis as needed.
• Develop and monitor adherence to Quarterly Marketing Plans.
• Ensure scheduling of Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events.
• Conduct competitive ad and price surveys.
• Manage tire sales processes and inventory.
• Conduct on-site training for Quick Lane teams.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Aftermarket Experience, preferably in Retail Tire Store Management.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and establish improvement action plans.
• Experience in implementing service advisor selling systems.
• Ability to establish and implement effective metrics.
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications in Windows.
• Ability to train in Automotive Tire Sales and service sales.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
