Automotive Service Maintenance Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Automotive Service Maintenance Consultant will be responsible for the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of MSX International Express Service solutions, acting as the lead liaison with FCSD Zone Manager.

In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned dealers.
• Attend regional meetings and support launch planning.
• Create and work on Quick Lane Action Plans.
• Conduct Repair Order Analysis.
• Develop and monitor Quarterly Marketing Plans.
• Schedule Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events.
• Conduct on-site training for Quick Lane teams.
• Manage tire sales processes and inventory.
• Provide visit summaries and complete administrative tasks.
• Run Quick Lane operations as needed.

Requirements

• Aftermarket Experience, preferably in Retail Tire Store Management.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments.
• Experience in implementing service advisor selling systems.
• Ability to establish and implement effective metrics.
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications in Windows.
• Ability to train in Automotive Tire Sales and service sales.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
