Overview

The Parts & Service Customer Service Specialist will interface with dealerships to provide support and consult on improving customer retention and profitability in fixed operations.

In Short

  • Interface with 30-40 assigned dealerships.
  • Build strong relationships with dealer operators and managers.
  • Utilize various communication devices for dealership contacts.
  • Prepare for dealer contacts by identifying priorities and needs.
  • Consult with dealerships to increase customer retention and profitability.
  • Evaluate parts department inventory management processes.
  • Coordinate resolution to warranty and customer related issues.
  • Analyze marketing and merchandising plans.
  • Meet defined metric goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
