Overview

MSX International is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Mobile Service Solutions Specialists, playing a crucial role in the delivery and sustainment of the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program.

In Short

• Be the subject matter expert and primary contact for Mobile Service at assigned dealers.
• Train technicians on Mobile Service vehicle functions.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with dealers.
• Ensure timely launch of service vans.
• Conduct launch events and training for Mobile Service Technicians.
• Plan onsite sustainment meetings focused on business development.
• Develop action plans to exceed program goals.
• Teach program standards to dealers.
• Monitor dealership personnel for excellent customer experiences.
• Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel daily for work.
• Ability to adapt and engage with various audiences.
• Proficiency in communication and relationship-building.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Experience managing assigned territories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data from dealer financials.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
