Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through communication and support for our products, while also engaging in sales activities.

In Short

  • Independent communication with customers via phone and email.
  • Support customers in selecting products.
  • Maintain and manage customer data professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries.
  • Identify sales opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Full-time position (38.5 hours/week).

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Strong affinity for the internet and quick comprehension.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
