Software Tester - Remote

Overview

The Software Tester will be responsible for testing in-house developed applications and systems, ensuring functionality, usability, security, reliability, and performance.

In Short

• Testing of in-house developed applications and systems
• Conducting tests regarding functionality, usability, security, reliability & performance
• Creating and maintaining test cases, test documentation & regularly presenting test results
• Analyzing and evaluating errors and deriving measures for quality improvement
• Further development of test scenarios, tools, and procedures
• Close collaboration with development & other departments

Requirements

• Completed training in IT or comparable professional experience
• Experience in software testing & quality assurance is an advantage
• Knowledge in error management/bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, TestRail, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in Playwright or other test automation tools is an advantage
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) is desirable
• Very good German & good English skills in spoken and written
• Independent, structured working style & high quality awareness
