Overview

As a Front Desk Manager at Moxie, you will empower entrepreneurs in the aesthetics business by leading a remote team that supports MedSpa clients across the U.S.

In Short

  • Manage a Virtual Front Desk team of 5-13 representatives.
  • Oversee team performance and key KPIs such as CSAT and churn.
  • Onboard, coach, and support team members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations.
  • Implement systems to measure performance and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations.
  • Identify opportunities for service model expansion.
  • Work full-time aligned to US EST or CST.
  • Experience in managing virtual service operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing a team.
  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally with U.S. clients.
  • Experience in a virtual BPO or tech-enabled service operation.
  • Proven ability to manage by KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes.
  • Proficient in tools like Hubspot and GSuite.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Availability to work full-time in EST or CST timezone.
