  • Survey prospects to understand their business pain points.
  • Demo Motive software to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with account teams to optimize buying decisions.
  • Resolve problems and implement best solutions.
  • Plan to meet and exceed business goals and quotas.
  • Understand technology platform and market trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience with B2B clients.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • End-to-end ownership from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
  • Data-driven mindset for achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
