Overview

As the Director of Sales, EMEA at Motive, you will have the exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and lead Motive's initial expansion into the EMEA market. You will manage a team of sellers across multiple segments and initiatives to drive Motive’s EMEA business to success.

In Short

  • Build Motive’s business in the EMEA region from the ground up.
  • Hire & lead a world-class sales team.
  • Partner with your team on GTM strategy and account planning.
  • Collaborate with Motive’s Executive Team for regional growth.
  • Track progress and success of your teams' KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement for training and coaching.
  • Demonstrate excellence in sales process.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and operational tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a 2nd line leader of a SaaS sales team.
  • 5+ years managing SaaS sales teams.
  • History of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to motivate teams and influence results.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects from 0-to-1-to-100.
  • A people-based mindset with a passion for coaching.
  • Examples of rigor and accountability in processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM technologies.
  • Lead by example in sales calls.
