• Experience in project delivery and change programs.
• Ability to respond to emerging fraud trends.
• Experience managing fraud risks within business expectations.
• Strong coaching skills for team development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., ICA, Cifas, ACAMS, CFE).
