In Short

• Lead the financial crime strategy for Monzo’s Business Bank.
• Drive financial crime prevention while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Work with a cross-functional team including engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts.
• Develop and implement financial crime detection capabilities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Monitor and report on key systems' performance.
• Identify and address priority issues in financial crime management.

• Significant knowledge of managing financial crime risks in banking.
• Experience implementing policies for business-specific products.
• Familiarity with mature financial crime systems.
