This role focuses on protecting Monzo and its customers from financial crime while supporting the bank's safe growth.

In Short

• Work within the Financial Crime & Fraud Collective.
• Complete due diligence on corporate ownership.
• Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Conduct customer risk assessments weekly.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Provide coaching to junior investigators.

Requirements

• Experience in business banking and financial crime.
• Strong English communication skills.
