Business Banking Team Leader - Remote

Overview

Responsible for the management of a team of at least three Business Bankers, with a combined loan portfolio of at least $50MM, in meeting assigned goals including loan volume production, cross sale of other bank products, control of delinquencies on existing loan portfolio and maintenance, retention, and increase of relationships with existing and new Business Banking customers.

Requirements

• MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• 7+ years in commercial lending experience.
• Knowledge of software used in the department, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
• Excellent credit skills and understanding of banking products.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with various levels of personnel.
• Attendance at functions outside of normal working hours may be required.
• 3-5 years in Supervisory or branch management experience preferred.
