Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service in personal banking, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

In Short

  • First point of contact for customers with banking issues.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and ownership.
  • Assist in directing customers to the right resources.
  • Participate in training and continuous coaching.
  • Work Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 for the first 8 weeks.
  • Provide solutions to a variety of customer inquiries.
  • Work in a remote environment with a private workspace.
  • Flexible to assist other business areas during peak times.
  • Handle multiple tasks and customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive learning attitude.

Requirements

  • UK resident over 18 with the right to work in the UK.
  • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Resilience in handling difficult customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using technology and systems.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and situations.

  • Available for rotational shifts including weekends.
