Senior CRM Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Senior CRM Associate, you will be responsible for owning and executing customer engagement strategies across one of our core areas: Business Products or Sales Enablement. You’ll be focused on driving activation, usage, retention, and reactivation across your product vertical through smart, multi-channel CRM campaigns.

In Short

• Design and launch CRM campaigns and automated journeys via Braze.
• Segment customers using behavioral data and frameworks like RFM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Run structured A/B tests to validate campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong experience using Braze or similar tools.
• Ability to segment and target users using behavioral models.
• Comfortable designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with HTML, Liquid, or basic JavaScript.
