Senior IT Associate - Remote

Overview

Forbes Marketplace, a dynamic and fully remote company with approximately 600 employees globally, is seeking a Senior IT Associate. This role will support employees, act as an escalation point to first line support, and will assist senior team members with project work. This position necessitates a versatile individual who can learn and administer an evolving and diverse technology suite, ensure compliance with security standards, and embrace industry best practices. We are fully cloud based, with no physical infrastructure and no non-SaaS systems.

In Short

• Provide tech support and act as an escalation point for IT associates.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account provisioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment and assist with migrations.
• Manage third-party SaaS products and streamline toolsets.
• Administer corporate devices using Intune MDM.
• Maintain vendor relationships and participate in software renewals.
• Identify opportunities for process automation.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with project execution.
• Build trust with internal stakeholders through excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong administrative experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience in IT Operations and troubleshooting in remote environments.
• Experience administering SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting various technologies.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
