Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payment Analyst to join our Payments Operations team at Moneycorp on a fixed term contract for one year, based in our Coventry Office, West Midlands, reporting directly to the Operations Team Leader. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure customer payments are processed accurately, timely, and compliantly.

Requirements

• High interest in processing FX, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Prior experience with banking and reconciliation activities is a plus.
• Understanding of AML and Compliance requirements.
• Proficient in building relationships with stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills under pressure.
• Solution-focused and evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Resilient to change and adaptable.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of banking sector and payments/FX products.
