Overview

monday.com is seeking a Strategic Customer Marketing Manager to drive the business impact of Elevate, working closely with Sales and Customer Success (CS) to target strategic accounts, drive registrations, and measure ROI. You’ll develop sales enablement materials, optimize event data and attribution models, and ensure alignment across teams to maximize event outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales enablement.
  • Proven success in aligning marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong expertise in sales enablement.
  • Experience in defining and executing GTM strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
