Overview

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager - Strategic Advocacy will build and scale Samsara’s customer advocacy efforts, cultivating relationships with influential customers and amplifying their voices through storytelling.

• Lead the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP) to develop co-marketing plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer advocacy or marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to build and scale advocacy programs.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven insights.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Deep curiosity and customer obsession.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
