Bynder is seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own and drive programs that support the always-increasing Customer Revenue goals around expansion and churn prevention.

• Develop a strategy informed by the expansion playbook and product roadmap.
• Manage and lead the Customer Marketing team.
• Plan and execute measurable expansion campaigns.
• Analyze the expansion funnel and trends in the customer base.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing.
• Develop customer-centric content for campaigns.
• Work with the Customer Lifecycle Manager and RevOps.
• Share results and recommendations for scaling programs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Deep knowledge of demand generation methods.
• Natural leader with a proactive mentality.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales reps.
• Track record of achieving growth through marketing programs.
