Overview

As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving customer expansion, creating and executing marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue from our existing customer base.

In Short

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to identify expansion opportunities.
• Execute targeted ABM campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
• Leverage product activity data for customer segmentation.
• Utilize omnichannel marketing to maximize event attendance.
• Track and analyze campaign performance for ROI maximization.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for marketing effectiveness.
• 3-5+ years of customer marketing experience required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving customer growth and expansion campaigns.
• Experience partnering with Sales to develop programs.
• Understanding of ABM strategies and execution.
• Highly skilled in analyzing marketing performance.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills.
