In Short

• Build and scale customer marketing function at Cresta.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of public customer stories.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and CS for customer reference programs.
• Launch customer relationship surveys to measure customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demand Gen for customer communications.
• Drive public reviews of Cresta across major review sites.
• Execute a world-class Customer Advisory Board program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer marketing at high growth SaaS companies.
• Experience scaling customer advocacy programs.
• Experience with customer relationship surveys.
• Experience driving customer engagement with review sites.
• Experience in software related to contact centers and customer experience.
• Domain knowledge of AI applications in the enterprise.
• Experience in hyper-growth scale-ups.
