Market Researcher - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Market Researcher to join our Market Research and customer insights team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering a wide range of customer and business research.

In Short

• Design and execute quantitative surveys using social sciences methods
• Conduct statistical analysis of surveys and large data sets
• Build comprehensive research results reports
• Communicate results and illustrate recommendations creatively
• Manage survey tool for the team (Qualtrics)
• Manage and analyze behavioral KPIs projects (NPS and more)
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify knowledge gaps
• Design and execute qualitative research when needed

Requirements

• BA/MA in social sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Economics)
• 2-3 years experience in building, executing and analyzing primary research
• Knowledge in quantitative research methodologies
• High proficiency in statistical tools (Qualtrics/ SPSS)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Comfortable leading cross-organizational projects
• Good communicator and storyteller
