Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager (Hybrid AM/AE) to manage existing client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Strategic thinker familiar with sales cycles and customer value.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
