In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also actively pursuing new business opportunities.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop and present sales proposals and presentations
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Project management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience in managing and growing client relationships
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Sales or account management certifications (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
