Associate Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Join a dynamic and skilled agile team as an Associate Project Manager at Momentus Technologies, where you'll contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of customer onboarding projects.

In Short

• Lead and manage multiple projects from kickoff through successful launch and deployment.
• Own key project phases including Initiation, Kickoff, Discovery, Design, Build, Training, Testing, Launch, and Post-Launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress.
• Collaborate in functional and technical working groups and meetings.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope project delivery.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
• Apply established processes to manage all aspects of project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customers and internal project teams.
• Support and facilitate meetings across the entire project life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience in SaaS Project Management.
• At least 2 years in a billable role with utilization targets.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with software integration projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
