Overview

As an Account Manager at Regrow, you will manage key customer accounts and advise on regenerative agriculture and sustainability, contributing to the company's mission of making agriculture resilient globally.

In Short

  • Manage existing key customer accounts with a focus on sustainability.
  • Engage with senior executives to nurture relationships.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and renewals.
  • Advise customers on regenerative agriculture and related topics.
  • Communicate the value of SaaS products through trainings and demos.
  • Lead an internal account team to execute strategies.
  • Monitor and report on customer program objectives.
  • Prepare for strategic meetings and contract negotiations.
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings.
  • Document accounts and opportunities in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in account management or enterprise sales.
  • Passion for agriculture, sustainability, or climate tech.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in building and negotiating complex relationships.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in ambiguous environments.
  • Action-oriented team player willing to solve problems.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and adaptability.
  • Mission-driven with a focus on reducing emissions.
