In Short

• First point of contact for customers.
• Help customers navigate the platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Respond to inquiries in Turkish and English.
• Work 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period.
• Provide exceptional customer support.
• Complete language assessments in Turkish and English.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and equipment.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
• Experience in providing customer support via inbound web messages.
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Strong desire to create unique experiences for customers.
• Willingness to install necessary security software.
• Access to a computer with Windows 10 or above.
• Stable internet connection of 25 MBS or greater.
• 8 GB RAM or better.
• Access to a webcam or smartphone for verification.
• Dual monitors are highly recommended.
