Client Success Specialist - Remote

Overview

ModSquad is currently seeking a Client Success Specialist to support a book of clients for upsell, cross-sell, and retention while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage a large book of small to medium business
• Develop and maintain business relationships
• Lead customer negotiations for upsell and renewal opportunities
• Develop relationships with key strategic partners
• University degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of consultative or value-add sales experience
• Ability to manage, close, and grow multiple deals
• Excellent consultative selling skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com and similar tools
• Strong Excel skills for revenue and cost modeling
