Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Operations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for client needs while ensuring the accurate coordination and validation of resource hours.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and operational needs
  • Coordinate and validate resource hours to ensure accuracy in reporting, invoicing, and compliance with client agreements
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and address any discrepancies
  • Proactively identify potential challenges, recommend solutions, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, service updates, and operational changes.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Create weekly reports and update project trackers with accuracy

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in client operations, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data with accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using operational and reporting tools to track and validate resource hours.
