Overview

The Client Success Specialist will be the main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate software-related inquiries and ensuring their success with the company's financial technology solutions.

In Short

  • Be the main point of contact for a book of business of approximately 20 - 40 clients
  • Research, review, and respond to all software-related questions in a timely manner
  • Gather information from clients regarding feature requests, bugs, hard-to-use areas in the software
  • Train your client base on how to use new functionalities that have been released
  • Manage escalations for complex client inquiries
  • Maintain high client success rating measured via NPS survey

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer support or client success roles
  • Ability to understand and explain complex software functionalities
  • Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
