In Short

• First point of contact for customers.

• Work 40 hours per week during orientation.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
• Experience in customer support via inbound web messages.
• Ability to identify customer issues quickly.
• Dedicated computer with Windows 10 or above.

• 8 GB RAM or better.
• Willingness to install security software.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
