In Short

• First point of contact for customers.
• Help customers navigate the platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Respond to inquiries in Arabic and English.

• Excellent communication skills required.
• 40 hours per week during orientation.
• Must complete language assessments.
• Stable internet connection required.
• Experience with inbound web messaging preferred.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in customer support via inbound messages.
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Dedicated computer with Windows 10 or above.
• Working webcam and willingness to use it.
• Must install ModSquad security systems.
• Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater.
• 8 GB RAM or better.
• Dual monitors highly recommended.
