Requirements

• 6+ years of People/HR experience, with 2+ years in HRBP roles.
• Experience with Go-to-Market teams preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
• Ability to balance strategic partnerships with execution.
• Expertise in building relationships with senior leaders.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Deep empathy for diverse groups.
• Passion for coaching and career development.
