Strategic HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across the United States and Latin America. This role is ideal for someone who is business-minded, people-focused, and thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

In Short

• OTE: $100,000-$120,000
• Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000
• Location: remote in North America (EST and CST)
• Stock options
• Partner with GTM Leaders to support team effectiveness
• Provide strategic guidance on performance management
• Act as a culture steward, driving initiatives around engagement
• Guide managers on org design and workforce planning
• Lead or support key People programs
• Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address concerns

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting GTM or commercial functions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leadership
• Deep understanding of core HR disciplines
• Ability to operate autonomously and think strategically
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environment
