Overview

MNS Engineers is hiring a Natural Resources Practice Lead / Principal to expand our Biological and Regulatory Permitting services throughout California. This position has the option of being remote or hybrid.

• Lead the expansion of Biological and Regulatory Permitting Practice.

• Engage with the Environmental Services industry.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in similar positions.
• 7+ years managing projects.
• 3+ years leading team members.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proven experience in business development.
