In Short

• Responsible for overseeing and optimizing consultant resources.
• Analyze project needs and allocate resources accordingly.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
• Conduct skill gap analysis and develop training plans.
• Monitor resource utilization metrics for improvement.
• Participate in the hiring process for upcoming projects.
• Manage 1099 consulting agreements and updates.
• Contribute to project budgeting and cost management.
• Generate reports on resource utilization and project performance.
• Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of resource management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Decision-making skills for resource allocation.
• Leadership skills to collaborate with teams.
• Familiarity with resource management tools.
