Resource Manager - Remote

Overview

The Resource Manager is the nerve center of the creative and design departments – working with the team leads to determine who has the skillsets and bandwidth to take on projects, while partnering with the Director, Resource Management to support broader agency strategies.

• Partner with Creative, Design, Business Leadership, Project Management and Finance to ensure optimal talent assignment.
• Lead weekly resourcing meetings to address resource gaps.
• Communicate assignments clearly to team members.
• Embrace data-driven processes for resource projections.
• Provide analysis of Resource department challenges.
• Manage 4-6 week resourcing assignments and projections.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to identify freelance needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with freelance talent.
• Work with HR/Finance/IT for onboarding processes.
• Act as a change agent for improving processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in operational or resource management.
• Agency or creative environment experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Professionalism in handling sensitive situations.
• Passion for helping and developing people.
