Project Resource Manager - Remote

Overview

Longbow Advantage is seeking a Project Resource Manager to oversee resource scheduling and coordination while also managing select consulting projects.

In Short

• This dual-role position is essential to ensuring that the right resources are allocated efficiently across all projects.
• The Project Resource Manager will work closely with VPs, Directors, Project Managers, and external partners.
• Manage resource allocation across all Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess resource needs.
• Lead and manage select consulting projects, ensuring successful execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Develop and maintain resource tracking tools.
• Work with consulting leadership to enhance resource management processes.
• Support onboarding of new resources.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in resource management or project management.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in WMS, supply chain, or IT consulting is preferred.
• Proficiency in resource management tools and project tracking software.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
