Overview

The Director of Sales Operations will oversee all aspects of our sales operations, ensuring our sales team has the structure, data, and tools needed to succeed. In this role, you will lead efforts to optimize and innovate sales processes, manage data-driven insights for leadership, and create scalable solutions that align with our company’s strategic objectives.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and execute sales strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all sales processes.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting functions.
  • Lead the management of CRM and other sales tools.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop training programs.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Sales Operations experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a deep analytical mindset.
  • Advanced experience with CRM software and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and optimize sales processes.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
