In Short

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, workflows, and best practices to boost team productivity.
  • Own and refine sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Design and implement a robust lead scoring framework.
  • Identify opportunities for sales automation and CRM improvements.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and create real-time dashboards.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align strategies.
  • Refine team workflows, creator segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate to track marketing-driven creator activations.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations or business operations.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience designing lead scoring models and implementing sales automation tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
